Check-in and out times for self catering accommodation Le Jardin and Le Moulin are available from 16.00 to 19.00 for check in on the day of your arrival. Check out is by 10.00 on the day of your departure.

Payment Payment can be made in Euros by cash, or by cheque in UK Sterling or US Dollars only. Travellers cheques are also acceptable. Please note we do not accept credit cards.

Deposits
Bed & BreakfastA deposit will be requested when confirming Bed & Breakfast accommodation at Chateau La Cour. This is not refundable.

Self CateringA 25% deposit will be requested when booking Le Jardin or Le Moulin self catering accommodation. The balance of 75% will be payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A good housekeeping deposit of €300 is also payable at the time of final payment. This will be refunded 7 days fter your departure.

Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday

Cancellations
Bed & Breakfast Deposits are not refundable. If cancellation is within 28 days of your arrival date a charge of 30% of the total will be made. If cancellation is within 14 days of your arrival date a charge of 60% of the total will be made. If you cancel within 48 hours the charge will rise to 80%.

Self Catering If cancellation is within 6 weeks of your arrival date there will be no refund.
